Herbs and Plants

I have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. This is why I became a professional Doula in 2017  and am proud to serve women and families throughout the beautiful mountains surrounding Asheville, NC. Every woman deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their birth/postpartum journey and to remind them that they can trust the strength of their bodies during this time. I’m here to provide unbiased information and emotional support. Please get in touch to find out more.

“Dayna was the most incredible birth companion. My goal was to have a water birth at home but due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to transfer to the hospital and ultimately I chose a cesarean birth that ended up being an absolutely beautiful and empowering experience. Dayna was invaluable throughout the 48 hours of labor. She has such a calming, reassuring energy, and a healing touch. From offering relentless, comforting counter-pressure while I labored in the pool at home, to holding my hand and snapping gorgeous photos of our little girl coming earth-side in the OR. Dayna is a gift to the birth worker community. She has a deep wisdom and respect for women and babies and understands how to offer care on a soul-level. My partner and I are so grateful to have had her as part of our birth story.”
